Services

Other firms hand you a plan. We build the software and turn it on.

Senior AI-native software engineers build and implement custom systems around how your business actually operates.

The method

Find the leak. Rank the list. Put the fix live.

Leak

We come into the business, a shop floor, a front office, a dispatch desk, at every location the work runs through. Leadership tells us what they want; the floor tells us what actually happens. Every leak gets an hour cost.

List

We agree one implementation, write down the Definition of Done, and build it in your real systems. Qualified Sprints ship in ten business days after scope, access and kickoff.

Live

We build the biggest fix and put it live in production. Then the next one, sprint after sprint, until the operation runs on systems instead of heroics.

The delivery model

How every engagement runs.

NEVER SOFTENED
A custom AI solution

Custom agents, assistants, and the workflows around them, built for a defined business problem and integrated with the systems where the work happens.

Remote first, on site when useful

Delivery is primarily remote, with on-site work when firsthand observation will materially improve the outcome. The first on-site visit is included, and additional travel is agreed separately.

One outcome in ten business days

A qualified 10-Day AI Build Sprint delivers one agreed implementation after scope, access and kickoff are complete. Larger work is scoped separately or delivered as usable milestones through the Pod. The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.

Senior technical leadership stays involved

Senior AI-native software engineers remain responsible for architecture, quality, integration, and what ships. Specialists may contribute when the work requires them.

Client control without unnecessary lock-in

Client-specific work transfers under the agreement, typically after payment. Production systems are designed for client control and portability.

Safeguards match the system

Monitoring, alerts, approvals, and human review are selected according to the system's risk, complexity, and business impact.

Proven on our own P&L first

We automated our own agency before selling automation. The tools we pitch are the tools we run.

We say no

A direct answer on fit. Existing internal engineers do not disqualify a company; the question is whether an important AI or software problem is moving quickly enough. If the use case is not ready, the free AI Implementation Planner is a better next step.

Trust, security, and ownership

Five commitments, in every contract.

01Your infrastructure

We use client-controlled infrastructure when practical and design for operational independence.

02Your code

Client-specific work transfers under the agreement, typically after payment.

03Data terms defined for the system

Access, providers, retention, and safeguards are documented for the engagement.

04Human review on exceptions

Anywhere AI touches money, customers, or compliance.

05Full handoff terms

Runbook included. Nothing to terminate at exit.

Straight answers

Three things we'll concede up front.

SPEED

Six weeks for a real build. Real software on real data takes real time, AI in the loop or not.

PRICE

We're not the cheapest. We're priced against the leak.

BUILD VS BUY

An internal engineering team is not a disqualifier. We help when important work needs added capacity or AI implementation expertise.

FAQ

Straight answers

What kind of company is PivotScale?
PivotScale is an AI and software implementation agency. Senior AI-native software engineers work with clients to design, build, and implement custom systems around how the business operates.
Do you work with AI or just software?
Both. Every engagement starts with the business problem. We use AI where it meaningfully improves the system and use software, automation, or integrations where they are the better fit.
Where can a client start?
We start with an implementation call. A qualified first outcome can become a 10-Day AI Build Sprint. Larger projects are scoped separately; the Pod suits a useful ongoing backlog.
Who shouldn't hire you?
A prospect is not ready when the problem is theoretical, there is no business owner or budget, or the company is not prepared to change the workflows required for implementation. Existing internal engineers do not disqualify a company.
