Protect billable time. Connect the work around client service.

We connect intake, documents, review, reporting, and billing so skilled staff spend more time on client work.

[ 01 ] · Find your workflow

Six workflows we automate in Professional services. Start with the one eating hours.

Each one has its own page: where the work breaks down today, what we build, and what it costs to start.

Six pages · one build each
01 · AI agents and tooling

Document processing

Documents drafted, classified, and filed by agents built for the one process they serve, running inside your systems.

02 · AI agents and tooling

Reports that write themselves

Recurring reports and review decks assembled by the system from live data, reviewed by a human before they go out.

03 · Process automation

Digital intake

The job is captured once at the point of work. A form, a scan, or a tablet, retail or wholesale.

04 · Systems integration

Accounting that reconciles itself

Field and job systems talking to accounting. Seats, devices, and agreements reconciled monthly, with creep flagged.

05 · Growth systems

Self-running onboarding

One trigger fires the accounts, documents, checklist, and evidence, chasing included.

More output from the team you already pay

Admin stripped out of the week, so the same team ships more.

[ 02 ] · Where the time goes

The work is judgment. The leak is everything around it.

[ 03 ] · What we build

The kind of thing we ship.

Client-controlled · Built for handoff
Running on intake

Document collection that chases itself

Requests, reminders, and a checklist the client can see, with missing items visible to the team before review begins.

Running between systems

Your software, connected to your practice tools

The connections between tax, audit, books, and billing that turn re-keying into a nightly job.

Running for clients

Client status pages

Where things stand, what we're waiting on, and what's done, without a phone call.

[ 04 ] · How it gets built

Built around the workflow. Designed for client control.

01Your operation

What we build

A custom assistant drafts the routine document from your own precedents and files it, and an agent chases whatever is outstanding.

02On a schedule

How it runs

The chase runs on a clock, the report assembles itself, and the intake writes into every system that needs it.

03Engineer-led delivery

Why it lasts

We choose AI, software, automation, and integrations around the business problem. Senior engineers remain responsible for architecture, testing, reliability, and what ships.

Straight answers.

The questions Professional services operators ask on the first call.

Ask yours on a call →
How do you protect client data?
Access, data handling, security, monitoring, and review controls are defined for the system and its risk. Whenever practical, production runs in client-controlled accounts.
Can you work around our busy season?
Yes. We plan access, decisions, testing, and rollout around the firm's calendar. The written delivery plan defines the timeline and each side's responsibilities.
What does it cost to start?
The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.
Will this replace our practice management software?
Not automatically. We evaluate what to keep, connect, build around, or replace based on the workflow and the value each change can create.
Do you use AI in every system?
No. We start with the business problem, then use AI, software, automation, or integrations where each creates the most value.
