Who we help · Home services and trades

Connect the office and the field. From first call to final invoice.

We connect quoting, dispatch, field work, job costing, and invoicing so the office keeps pace with every crew.

[ 01 ] · Find your workflow

Six workflows we automate in Home services. Start with the one costing jobs.

Each one has its own page: where the work breaks down today, what we build, and what it costs to start.

[ 02 ] · Where the time goes

The office is re-typing what the field already knows. Sound familiar?

What we hearWhat's actually happeningWhere
Pricing waits on one person The guy who prices it is on a roof. Quotes go out days late, and the good jobs don't wait. Quoting
The whiteboard runs dispatch One coordinator, one whiteboard, and a very good memory. It works until the day it doesn't. Dispatch
Job tickets typed twice The crew writes it down, the office types it in, and the two never quite match at invoice time. Job costing
Invoices trail the truck The work is done Friday. The invoice goes out two weeks later. The cash sits in between. Invoicing
[ 03 ] · What we build

The kind of thing we ship.

Client-controlled · Built for handoff
Running in the field

Quote and job intake

Photos, scope, and pricing rules in one flow, so estimators can prepare accurate quotes without rebuilding the job file.

Running at dispatch

Dispatch boards

Every crew, every truck, every open job in one view the whole office can see.

Running at night

From the truck to the invoice, no re-typing

What the crew logs on site becomes the invoice, without anyone typing it twice.

[ 04 ] · How it gets built

Built around the workflow. Designed for client control.

01Your operation

What we build

An agent captures the lead, drafts the quote from approved pricing, and schedules follow-up. The dispatcher keeps the judgment calls.

02On a schedule

How it runs

The follow-up fires on schedule and the board re-sequences itself when a job moves. Nobody has to remember.

03Engineer-led delivery

Why it lasts

We choose AI, software, automation, and integrations around the business problem. Senior engineers remain responsible for architecture, testing, reliability, and what ships.

[ 05 ] · FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions Home services operators ask on the first call.

Ask yours on a call →
Do you understand field-service operations?
Yes. We map the workflow with the people who quote, dispatch, perform, and invoice the work, then build around how the operation actually runs.
Will our crews use the new system?
Adoption starts with the workflow. We work with operators and users, keep necessary judgment calls with your team, and include training when the system requires it.
What does it cost to start?
The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.
Are we large enough for custom software?
Fit depends on operational complexity, measurable potential value, readiness, and the ability to invest, not a fixed revenue or employee threshold.
Do you use AI in every system?
No. We start with the business problem, then use AI, software, automation, or integrations where each creates the most value.
