Who we help · Manufacturing

Connect the work around production. From order intake to shipping.

We connect order intake, shop-floor workflows, scheduling, inventory, shipping, and reporting without changing the machines that make the product.

[ 01 ] · Find your workflow

Six workflows we automate in Manufacturing. Start with the one you know.

Each one has its own page: where the work breaks down today, what we build, and what it costs to start.

Six pages · one build each
01 · Process automation

The paperless floor

Each operator sees their queue. Work gets marked done, and the next station knows instantly.

02 · Custom software

Production boards and scheduling

Jobs, crews, and subs on one board, re-sequenced in minutes, everyone notified automatically.

03 · Custom software

Live job costing

Field hours and material costs landing against the estimate daily.

04 · Custom software

Quote and bid engines

The company's own pricing and production rates in an engine the estimator controls.

05 · Systems integration

One entry, everywhere

Typed once, flowing from bid to schedule to field to invoice to accounting without being typed again.

06 · AI agents and tooling

Document processing

Documents drafted, classified, and filed by agents built for the one process they serve, running inside your systems.

[ 02 ] · Where the time goes

The floor makes it. The paperwork loses it. Four places we look first.

What we hearWhat's actually happeningWhere
Paper at every station Travelers, pick lists, and job cards printed, carried, lost, and typed back in at the end of the shift. Shop floor
Orders re-keyed from email A PO lands in an inbox, someone types it into the ERP, and every typo becomes a shipping error. Order intake
The schedule lives in a head One planner knows the real sequence. When they're out, the floor guesses. Scheduling
Month-end by hand Counts, reconciles, and spreadsheets that eat the first week of every month. Close
[ 03 ] · What we build

The kind of thing we ship.

Client-controlled · Built for handoff
Running at every station

Paperless shop floor

A screen at each station instead of a traveler: what to make, what's next, what shipped.

Running on intake

Orders that post themselves to your ERP

Orders read, matched, and entered without the re-keying, with only the exceptions touching a human.

Running at month-end

One set of numbers everyone trusts

Inventory and orders reconciled on a schedule, with exceptions ready for the team to review before close.

Example system · From order to shipping

A paperless operating system can connect retail, wholesale, shop-floor, delivery, and shipping workflows without replacing the machines.

Station screens replace paper travelers, events update the shared schedule, and operators see the next action and any exception in one place.

[ 04 ] · How it gets built

Built around the workflow. Designed for client control.

01Your operation

What we build

An agent reads the traveler, files it, and routes it, and a scheduled job reconciles the count overnight. Back office and workflow only.

02On a schedule

How it runs

The reconcile runs at 2am against your own systems. You see the exceptions with the morning coffee, not the whole queue.

03Engineer-led delivery

Why it lasts

We choose AI, software, automation, and integrations around the business problem. Senior engineers remain responsible for architecture, testing, reliability, and what ships.

[ 05 ] · FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions Manufacturing operators ask on the first call.

Ask yours on a call →
Do you build robotics or machine-control systems?
No. PivotScale focuses on operational software, internal systems, AI workflows, automations, integrations, and customer-facing tools tied to the broader operation.
What can you build for a manufacturer?
Examples include digital travelers, order-intake automation, scheduling tools, inventory workflows, shipping systems, reporting, and integrations around the existing stack.
What does it cost to start?
The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.
Can you work with an older ERP?
Often. We evaluate what to keep, connect, build around, or replace, then recommend the path with the strongest operational value.
Do you use AI in every system?
No. We start with the business problem, then use AI, software, automation, or integrations where each creates the most value.
