Buyer questions
How does Sprint payment work?
50% upfront, 50% when the agreed Definition of Done is met. If we decide during scoping that your project can't ship in 10 days, we tell you before we start and refund your deposit.
What's included in the Fractional AI Implementation Pod?
The Fractional AI Lead, implementation engineering, maintenance of what we build, the roadmap, and the weekly cadence. Not included: third-party costs like OpenAI/Anthropic usage, hosting, n8n, or SaaS licenses. Those stay in your name.
What qualifies as a Sprint?
One clearly defined outcome that connects to 1–3 of your existing systems and can ship in 10 business days. Larger or multi-system projects get scoped separately.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
The Sprint is a one-time project. The Fractional AI Implementation Pod has a 3-month initial commitment, month-to-month after that.
What if my project is bigger than the Pod can handle?
We phase it into independently useful milestones inside the Pod, or quote it custom if it needs more people or a second workstream.
Can you just replace our AI hire?
Not the same thing. You get a senior lead plus engineering capacity that can start on one workflow this month while your hiring decision continues. Most clients find that covers what they were planning to hire for.
