Services · Systems integration

Your systems should talk. Right now your people are the integration.

We connect ERP, CRM, field, accounting, and reporting systems so data moves without manual exports or repeated entry.

TWO SYSTEMS · ONE TRUTH
What this fixes

Where the hours go.

Six systems, six truths

Each tool holds its own version of the numbers, and month-end becomes the argument between them. A shared reconciliation path makes the differences visible.

RECONCILE
The export-import shuffle

CSV out of one system, massaged in a spreadsheet, loaded into another. Nightly, by hand, by someone expensive.

DATA MOVES
The swivel chair

One person, two screens, retyping what the left screen says into the right one. That's a job description that shouldn't exist.

The delivery model

PRIMARILY REMOTE · ON SITE WHEN USEFUL
The business problem comes first

We decide whether the workflow needs software, integration, automation, AI, or a combination. AI is used where it creates meaningful value.

Embedded in the operation

Senior AI-native software engineers work directly with the people, systems, and decisions behind the process. Delivery is primarily remote, with on-site work when firsthand observation will improve the result.

A written delivery commitment

A qualified 10-Day AI Build Sprint delivers one agreed implementation after scope, access and kickoff are complete. Larger work is scoped separately or delivered as usable milestones through the Pod. The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.

Senior technical continuity

Senior technical leadership stays involved from discovery through architecture, implementation, and launch. Team composition matches the scope and complexity of the work.

Client control without unnecessary lock-in

Client-specific work transfers according to the agreement, typically after payment. Whenever practical, production systems run in accounts the client controls or can take ownership of.

FAQ

Straight answers

Our ERP is old and customized. Can you still connect it?
Often, yes. We assess the available APIs, data access, and operating constraints before defining the integration path, and we state limitations plainly.
Do you replace our systems or connect them?
We keep what works, connect what should work together, and replace or build custom software where that creates more value.
Who owns the integrations?
Client-specific code, documentation, data structures, and other deliverables transfer according to the engagement agreement, typically after payment. PivotScale retains its pre-existing tools and reusable foundations.
How it gets built

Built for the integration. AI only where it helps.

BUSINESS-FIRST ARCHITECTURE
What we build

We build connectors around your systems and data. AI is added only where interpretation creates value that rules and direct integration cannot.

YOUR OPERATION
How it runs

Data moves on the schedule or event the operation needs. Deployment can use client-controlled accounts or managed infrastructure defined for the engagement.

ON A SCHEDULE
Why it lasts

We avoid unnecessary provider lock-in. Models and services are components within an architecture designed to evolve as systems and requirements change.

NO VENDOR LOCK-IN
