Automate the busywork. Keep the judgment.

Reading documents, matching records, drafting the routine reply, routing the request: that's most of the busywork in an operation, and it's what AI is actually good at today. We put it in, monitored, with a human on the exceptions.

What this fixes

Where the hours go.

Documents read by hand

Invoices, POs, and forms keyed in line by line. Extraction handles the routine; people handle the odd ones.

EXTRACTION
Matching by eyeball

Which payment goes with which invoice, which ticket with which client. A rules engine plus AI does the first pass.

MATCHING
The same reply, typed again

Status updates and routine responses drafted for review, not sent blind.

ON SITE FIRST · EMBEDDED AFTER
A custom AI solution

Custom GPTs, custom assistants, and the automations that run around them, written against how your business actually works. Model-agnostic by design: the model is a component, not the architecture.

On site first, embedded after

Week one is always in the building. Specs come from watching the work happen, not from calls about it. From week two we're in your Slack, your standups, and your codebase, and back on site whenever the work needs it.

Something works in 30 days

The Workflow Sprint ends with one automation running on your real data, not a report. A Build Sprint is clickable by week two and live by week six.

The engineer you meet is the engineer who builds

No account managers, no junior handoffs, nobody swapped in. Senior only, small on purpose.

You own everything, day one

Code, docs, credentials, infrastructure. No hostage software: if we vanish, everything keeps running.

Software we built and still run for 40+ businesses, every day.

FAQ

Straight answers

Is our data used to train AI models?
No, and it's in the contract in writing. When a build uses an AI model, we use business-tier and API access where the provider's terms exclude your data from training.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anywhere AI touches money, customers, or compliance, a human reviews the exceptions before anything moves. Everything is monitored; you hear about problems from us, not from a customer.
Do we need AI, or just automation?
Often just automation, and we'll say so. Most leaks are fixed with plain integration and a rules engine. We use AI where it moves a number, not as a selling point.
How it gets built

Built as a custom AI solution. Yours to keep.

MODEL-AGNOSTIC BY DESIGN
What we build

We build custom GPTs, custom assistants, and the automations that run around them, trained on how your business actually works.

YOUR OPERATION
How it runs

Skills and scheduled jobs do the work against your own systems, on a clock. Nobody has to remember to open anything.

ON A SCHEDULE
Why it lasts

We are model-agnostic by design. The model is a component, not the architecture. When a better one ships we swap it, and what we built for you keeps running.
