Custom software, implemented end to end. Senior engineers stay close from discovery through launch.

Senior AI-native software engineers design, build, deploy, and improve custom systems around your real operation.

The two shapes

One method, two ways to run it.

Project work: a scoped implementation

A scoped implementation built around a clear business outcome. The written delivery plan defines the milestones, timeline and Definition of Done. A small first milestone may qualify for the 10-Day AI Build Sprint.

Custom software is scoped against the business outcome, integrations and delivery requirements. A bounded first milestone may fit the $2,500 10-Day AI Build Sprint; larger work is priced separately.
Ongoing: the Fractional AI Implementation Pod

The Fractional AI Implementation Pod is $5,000/month with a three-month initial commitment. An included AI Lead and engineers deliver one active workstream and maintain systems we build. Third-party costs are separate.

Either way: your code

Client-specific code, data, documentation, and accounts transfer under the agreement. Whenever practical, production runs in accounts the client controls or can take ownership of.

The delivery model

PRIMARILY REMOTE · ON SITE WHEN USEFUL
The business problem comes first

We decide whether the workflow needs software, integration, automation, AI, or a combination. AI is used where it creates meaningful value.

Embedded in the operation

Senior AI-native software engineers work directly with the people, systems, and decisions behind the process. Delivery is primarily remote, with on-site work when firsthand observation will improve the result.

A written delivery commitment

A qualified 10-Day AI Build Sprint delivers one agreed implementation after scope, access and kickoff are complete. Larger work is scoped separately or delivered as usable milestones through the Pod. The 10-Day AI Build Sprint is $2,500 fixed for one agreed outcome. The ten-business-day clock starts after scope approval, required access and kickoff. Half is paid upfront and half when the Definition of Done is met, subject to the Ship Guarantee. Larger implementations are scoped separately.

Senior technical continuity

Senior technical leadership stays involved from discovery through architecture, implementation, and launch. Team composition matches the scope and complexity of the work.

Client control without unnecessary lock-in

Client-specific work transfers according to the agreement, typically after payment. Whenever practical, production systems run in accounts the client controls or can take ownership of.

FAQ

Straight answers

Where does the work actually happen?
Delivery is primarily remote. We work directly with your team, systems, and decision-makers, and work on site when firsthand observation, rollout, or training will materially improve the outcome.
Who does the building?
Senior AI-native software engineers lead strategy, architecture, and implementation. Team composition is matched to scope and complexity, and PivotScale remains accountable when a trusted specialist contributes.
How do we start?
We start with an implementation call. A qualified first outcome can become a 10-Day AI Build Sprint. Larger projects are scoped separately; the Pod suits a useful ongoing backlog.
How it gets built

Built for the operation. AI only where it helps.

BUSINESS-FIRST ARCHITECTURE
What we build

We build the software, integrations, automations, and AI components the workflow actually needs. The system is custom to the operation, not to an AI trend.

YOUR OPERATION
How it runs

The system can support people in the workflow, run scheduled work, or respond to events across connected tools. The operating pattern follows the process.

ON A SCHEDULE
Why it lasts

We avoid unnecessary provider lock-in. Models and services are components within an architecture designed to evolve as the business and technology change.

NO VENDOR LOCK-IN
