What shipped
Every pick is scanned and confirmed at the shelf, where the error happens.
The tablet rides the forklift. A pick isn't done until the scan matches the line, so the mistake gets caught in the aisle instead of on a customer's dock. Pick errors run at 0.4%. Shipped day 21.
We built a custom AI solution. The app was written and tested against their own pick data, then handed over running on the client’s own tablets.
