From there it flows everywhere it needs to go, and where a compliance clock applies, it starts automatically. Nobody types the same job twice, and nothing waits in a tray. This takes cost out: the re-keying hours go, and the errors go with them.

An agent reads the scan, the form, or the photo and writes it into every system that needs it, flagging only what it cannot read cleanly.

Does this replace our order system?
No. It feeds it. We build the capture layer at the point of work and connect it to the systems you already run, in your accounts, owned by you.
What does it cost to start?
The first step is the Workflow Sprint: $8,500 flat, 30 days. You get the Leak List, the architecture, and one automation live on your real data. Live in 30 days, or you don't pay.
What about jobs that don't fit the form?
Exceptions route to a person. The routine ninety percent flows through on its own; the odd ones land in front of someone with context, not in a tray.
Are we locked into one AI vendor?
No. We are model-agnostic by design: the model is a component, not the architecture. When a better one ships we swap it, and what we built for you keeps running.
